Shipping policy

We take pride in carefully packaging the products we sell, as nobody likes to receive items in damaged condition due to poor packaging. We use new boxes and packing material and take care to make sure items are firmly packed to make sure they don't move around during shipping. Loose games are individually wrapped in protective plastic bags, and game manuals are protected in the same type of plastic bag with a firm cardboard backing. We print our shipping labels to avoid any confusion over sloppy handwriting, and include a packing list with each order.

For orders placed in the United States, we offer USPS and UPS shipping options.  International orders can be shipped via USPS, and, for packages under four pounds, Asendia, which offers substantially reduced shipping rates. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate you.

Currently, most games are built by hand in batches as orders arrive, and orders can take upwards of a month to ship.  We are actively working on reducing this time to a week or less for 95% of orders placed, and should achieve that goal early in 2025.  If you need an item from the AtariAge Store more quickly, please let us know and we'll do our best to get your order shipped sooner.
