Bernie & The Tower of Doom is a pre-order game making its debut at this year's Portland Retro Gaming Expo. Orders containing pre-order games will begin shipping in early November.

Introduction

It was just after 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Bernie and Mrs. B. were enjoying a nice cup of afternoon tea when their peaceful afternoon came to an abrupt end.

A Wizard mail owl had made a rather unfortunate landing in Bernie’s garden. Attached to the dazed owl’s leg was a small parchment. Bernie retrieved the parchment; it was sealed with a red letter “M”.

It could only be from Bernie’s old and faithful friend, “Melvin the Really Forgetful”.

Carefully, Bernie opened the scroll and read:

Old friend,

I need your assistance.
Please meet me at the old tower on the Moon Road.
Come quickly!

Melvin.

Objective

The objective of the game is to track down Cedric and put a stop to his evil plans to take over Eldoria. Cedric is believed to be in the Tower of Doom. With the help of the three Magi, you will need to follow the trail of clues and track Cedric down. Bernie will have to navigate different challenges in each area.

Each area of the game contains ancient towers that must be defeated. Each tower has five floors.
