Great joystick for retro systems and modern PCs

The CX40+ has been a great addition to my walnut Atari 2600 (via the DB-9 adapter) and also on my MacBook and Windows machine via the USB dongle. Battery life is good and the joystick feels solid.

Love this joystick! Use it on both the original 2600 4switch, 2600+ and 7800+ works fine plus the extra dongle to use via USB on a PC. The only issue I ren into is with my Heavy Sixer, the shell has a lifted border around the joystick ports so the dongle wouldn’t insert all the way so it was loose and didn’t keep it’s connection for me. Too bad they didn’t make the dongle for this longer like the corded plugs as that would have ensured they would fit any console. I have heard it fits fine on some heavy sixers so there may be different molds.
