CX40+ Wireless Joystick: Ghost Edition – INKY (Blue)

Amazing recreations of the original CX40's, same feel & the same weight. The unit's materials and construction feel solid. Seems the units are going to hold up much better than the originals CX40's that were prone to the plastic actuators breaking. I don't have to worry about them easily breaking when our grandkids play with them. If you ever met our grandchildren, that is saying alot!
The inclusion of both a DB9 & a USB dongle is very convenient and a nice touch. They both have good reception, even with alot of 2.4Ghz equipment close by. The USB dongles work great on PC for content that only needs 1 button.
The DB9 works great with all legacy and modern versions of equipment tested on, including original Atari 2600, 2600+, and even original Commodore 64 and the Commodore 64 Ultimate! The dongle's colors even match the controllers!
They may be a little pricey, but the attention to detail, the build & material quality, the compatability and the wireless options make it worth it. When not in use, these units look great displayed on our entertainment center.

I love this color of this joystick blue....l want to collect all the colors.....Atari you did the system right by bringing these to light.....been a Atari fan for years..👍

Awesome addition to the Pac-Man 2600+ Vivid box to display. Strangely compelled to buy them all.

The CX40+ wireless controllers feel very close to the original and are the best way to recreate the original gameplay without tripping over cables.

My family got me the new yellow PAC-Man edition 2600+ so I bought myself the INKY BLUE wireless joystick so we can play 2 player games. I love being able to sit anywhere and play the games without a cord tethering me to the console. I’m an old school Atari kid from the 80’s, but Bluetooth technology made my gaming enjoyment even better!

I love my new blue Atari joystick, but it is a bit "stiff" to move a character (such as PacMan) around corners. It will most likely loosen up over time. I'm excited to play some of these older games!
