Oozy the Goo Gaiden - Atari 7800

Do you remember Oozy? He is back! In his usual goo form.

But he is not an aspiring hero anymore. Now he is a seasoned adventurer, and this time his mission has placed him in a more dangerous catacomb, plagued with more perils, more monsters, and even more bit and colors than before!

Oozy must defeat the tyrant Foggy Nightmare and his evil servants that reign over the creatures inhabiting the catacombs of Dungeonburg. But it is not an easy task, the tower is filled with perils, traps, and creatures, and time is running against you!

Gameplay

Guide Oozy through the three floors of the tower, use the different forms that Oozy can adopts avoid traps, find keys, solve puzzles, fight against the boss on each floor, and challenge the Skull Foggy Nightmare in this slimy adventure! Your mission is to go through the catacomb and find the key on each floor in order to advance to the next floor, all while avoiding mortal traps and other hazards.

To access certain zones and enter some rooms, Oozy must interact with switches, move elements, and even solve some puzzles and enter codes that change with every play.

To pass through certain obstacles or move across some surfaces, Oozy will ned to change his composition/forum using Henshin Orbs located in specific rooms (Oozy can transform into Magma, Metal, or Ice, each of which give Oozy different abilities. Keys can be found that allow you to traverse to the next floor, and you can also find food that will recover some energy drained from Oozy by the curse.

If you beat the game before the time runs out, your remaining time is your score, so try to be quick!
